Thermodynamics guarantees priority emergency response within 4 hours of notification, 24/7 access to a technician hotline, and quarterly service visits. Detailed digital reports—documenting diagnostics, actions taken, parts used, and future recommendations—will be submitted after every visit; the contract renews automatically annually unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice.
